Support SB5592-Reject SB5901

Contact your state legislators and ask them to pass a budget that keeps Climate Commitment Act funds dedicated to energy efficiency rather than giving the money to the General Fund. The state is in a tough budget process, but climate change is tougher. We need to continue our strong actions.

Support Washington Senate Bill SB5592

The Washington State Senate is considering SB5592. The bill will:

  • Provide grants for technical training for zero emission vehicles and charging stations
  • Authorize manufacturers to sell vehicles directly to the publi

Reject Washington Senate Bill SB5091

Republican Senator Matt Boehnke has introduced this bill to compel Washington State to follow President Trump’s weak federal standards. (Trump is even banning federal employees from using the term “climate change.”) SB5091 would remove our state’s ability to follow rules for manufacturing clean vehicles that have been adopted by California and nine other states.
