In Part III of Third Act's PUC Leadership Training Series, we learned what regular folks can expect from a Public Utility Commission or other regulatory proceeding, how to comment on a docket, versus how to give testimony as an intervenor.
We walked through some specific recent state PUC dockets to understand the players and their positions, and shared resources to help you find and examine the agenda of the PUC in your state.
Then we surveyed ways that Third Act Working Groups in Pennsylvania, Texas, New England, and North Carolina have already been putting the lessons from this series into practice by implementing actions locally within and adjacent to their PUCs to make meaningful energy policy change!
