As experienced seniors, we recognize the importance of camaraderie in maintaining balance as we do the work of turning around climate change. It is our members – our colleagues – with whom we share not only our sense of purpose but also our knowledge, support, wisdom, and most importantly, our sense of humor. For this reason our committee connects new members to the work of Third Act Illinois, maintains the membership and mailing lists, publishes the monthly newsletter, and provides regular social, educational, and networking opportunities.
