Last Call for Crawford Volunteers

We have less than two weeks left to lend a hand for democracy in this Spring Election.

If you’ve been putting that off, now’s the time!   And if you’ve already been active, don’t stop now—let’s finish strong! Our Volunteer Action Page lists up-to-the-minute info and sign-up links, to help elect Judge Susan Crawford and say No to repressive Voter ID in the state constitution.

Put up a yard sign, write a Letter to the Editor, sign up for a phone bank. Or consider canvassing in a nearby neighborhood—there’s nothing quite as effective as in-person conversations with voters!

For many of us, canvassing offers our favorite kind of election volunteering: good exercise, real conversations, scripts and addresses right on your phone. Especially in a relatively low-profile election like this one, you’ll find many folks really appreciate your information about candidates, ballot questions, and voting locations. Your free canvassing phone app will make navigation easy and eliminate addresses where folks have already voted. Sign up with your nearest Wisconsin Democrats Mobilize event, or with one of the grassroots groups working in Milwaukee or Madison, like Seed the Vote or Working Families Party.

It’s up to all of us to do what we can to counterbalance Musk’s millions in advertising, so please also consider pitching in with a donation if it’s within your means to do so. Thanks for all your efforts!
